Text Message Policy

Bardach Awards sends text messages only to customers who have agreed to receive them. We use texts to let you know when an artwork proof for your order has been emailed to you for review.

How you agree to receive texts When you place an order or request a proof, a member of our sales team asks: "Can Bardach Awards text you when your proof is emailed? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time." We only send texts if you say yes, and we record your agreement on your customer account. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time.

What we send

• Program: Bardach Awards order and proof notifications.
• Content: the email address your proof was sent to, who it's from, and the subject line. No marketing.
• Frequency: varies, usually one text per proof or revision.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 317-872-7444 or sales@bardachawards.com.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
