Bardach Awards, Inc., the country’s premier source for awards large and small, is in its third generation of family ownership. In 1969, Charles Bardach and his son, Thomas S. Bardach, founded the company in the Broad Ripple neighborhood of Indianapolis. Known for years as the Broad Ripple Trophy Center, the landmark company sat at the corner of Guilford and Broad Ripple Avenue. As business grew decade after decade, the company expanded its facilities ever farther down the block, until the confines of the historic district could no longer accommodate the needs of Bardach Awards and its nationwide clientele. Last year, the family relocated operations to the northwest side of the city.

Now owned and managed by company president Diane Bardach-Beck, Bardach Awards, Inc. is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise. Tom Bardach and brothers Steve and Ryan are key leaders in the business, and each of our associates has, on average, 12 years’ experience. The family vision and dedication combined with the experience of our seasoned staff ensure that the Bardach standard of excellence is met every day with every client.
